- holds unreservedly to the Holy Scriptures as the true and infallible Word of God, and to the Lutheran confessional statements as set forth in the Book of Concord of 1580.
- is a sacramental church, offering the mercy of Christ through Holy Baptism, Holy Communion, and through the absolution given in the Divine Service.

Midweek Lenten Services
This Lenten season, our Wednesday evening services (six weeks, beginning February 17, Ash Wednesday at 7:00 PM) will focus on the following General Theme:
Romans 5:19 "For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so also by the one Man's obedience many will be made righteous."

Soup, Salad and Study
Wednesday evening Bible study with the soup, salad and fellowship. The study will deal with "Vocation" and how we carry out our role in this life, especially as it applies to our service to God, the church, our family and the community.
The first of four sessions began Wednesday January, 13th. The meal begins at 6:15 PM and the study, lead by Pastor Schaefer, starts at 7:00 PM. If you can't make the dinner, try to make it to the Bible study (and dessert).
